By participating in the Friends of editGPT affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices, including but not limited to:
- Utilizing browser extensions, plugins, or other software to generate automatic signups or referrals without user consent.
- Embedding affiliate links in unauthorized locations, such as through forced clicks or hijacked user actions.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with editGPT, the nature of the promotion, or the value of any discount.
- Selling, reselling, auctioning, or otherwise charging anyone for access to editGPT coupon, promo, or discount codes.
- Listing editGPT coupon codes on public “coupon, voucher, or deal” directories—or any pay‑to‑access, pay‑to‑unlock, or purely coupon‑aggregator site—without prior written permission from editGPT.
2. No Paid Advertising:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using paid advertising, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other pay-per-click platforms, to promote affiliate links or the editGPT program. All paid advertising efforts must remain under the exclusive control of editGPT.
3. Verification of Promotional Methods:
- editGPT reserves the right to review and verify the promotional methods employed by affiliates.
- In the event of suspicious activity or suspected violation of these terms, editGPT may request affiliates to provide detailed proof of where and how their affiliate links are being promoted.
- Affiliates must submit the requested proof, including but not limited to URLs, screenshots, or traffic data, within thirty (30) days of the request.
- Failure to comply with this request or failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in the affiliate’s removal from the program, and any outstanding commissions may be forfeited at editGPT’s sole discretion.
4. Allowed Channels:
- Affiliates are permitted to promote editGPT on ethical and legitimate marketing channels, including personal blogs, websites, and social media platforms, where they have explicit permission to share promotional content.
5. Termination Policy:
- editGPT reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be subject to review and may be forfeited if deemed to have resulted from prohibited activities.
6. Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of any disputes regarding referrals, commissions, or account activity, editGPT retains the exclusive right to make final determinations.
7. Changes to Terms:
- editGPT may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure compliance.
